How much do I have to buy?
You need to buy a minimum of $10 pretax in a single transaction purchase of PEDIGREE treats and/or wet food at Dollar General only; valid 08/30/2023 – 10/25/2023
What are valid dates for my receipt?
Your Dollar General receipt must be dated between 08/30/23 and 10/25/23.
Submitting Receipts
How do I submit a valid receipt?
- Check that your receipt is from Dollar General between 08/30/23 and 10/25/23.

Check that you purchased qualifying PEDIGREE® wet food, and/or treat products worth $10*
or more on one single occasion. The product list is above in this FAQ.

Take a clear photo of your receipt. Make sure it is in focus, well lit, and the date, products,
prices and Dollar General are clearly visible. If the receipt is too long, you can either fold it to
show only the relevant areas or upload multiple photos.
- Click the ‘Get started’ button on this website and follow the instructions.
Should I use my phone or a computer to submit my receipt?
You can use either, but a phone with a camera will make it easier to submit your receipt.
Can I include more than one receipt in a photo?
No, we cannot process photos that show more than one receipt. Also, your $10* purchase of
qualifying PEDIGREE® products must be completed in one transaction. Please submit your receipts
one at a time. Once you have completed uploading one receipt you can then upload another one.
Can I submit receipts from online purchases?
Yes, you can submit your receipt for qualifying purchases made through Dollar General online.
What if I make a mistake while uploading a receipt?
No problem. Just email us at: pedigreedgsupport@snippmail.com and one of our team members will respond as soon as possible.
How long do I have to send in my receipt?
Last day to submit your receipt is 11/15/2023. However, we recommend you do it as soon as possible
so that if there is an issue with your receipt, there is time to sort it out.
What happens if there is an issue with my receipt?
Don’t worry, if there is an issue with your receipt, we will email you to let you know why and suggest
what to do next. Whether there is an issue or not, you should receive an email from us within 48
hours of submitting your receipt. If you haven’t received an email within that time, please check your
junk/spam folder. The email will come from: pedigreedgrewards@snippmail.com
There are various reasons we may not be able to process a receipt, for example:

We can’t read the relevant information. For instance, if it is out of focus or the date and
product(s) are not clearly visible.
- The receipt does not include a qualifying PEDIGREE® product(s) worth $10* or more.
- The purchase was not made between 08/30/23 and 10/25/23.
The photo contains more than one receipt.
- The receipt was already submitted and accepted.
- The deadline to submit a receipt has passed. The deadline is 11/15/2023.
- The receipt is not from Dollar General.
Additional Requirements
Are there any other requirements to participate in the DOGPHONICS program and/or to receive my book?
Yes, in order to receive your book(s) you must also agree to receive emails from the PEDIGREE brand when you register for the DOGPHONICS program.
Access to Books
How long after I submit a receipt will I receive my book(s)?
It will take us up to 48 hours to process your receipt. As soon as your receipt has been validated, we
will email to let you know and then you will be able to access your book(s). If you haven’t received an
email within 48 hours, please check your junk/spam folder. The email will come from:
pedigreedgrewards@snippmail.com .
After I submit my receipt, is there anything else I need to do?
After you submit your first receipt, follow the onscreen instructions to register your account. If you
do not register, we will send you an email so that you can link your account to your email address.
You will need to click on the link in the email. By doing this you will be able to unlock your
DOGPHONICS™ book(s) as soon as your receipt has been processed. If you don’t receive an email
asking you to link your account, please check your junk/spam folder. The email will come from:
pedigreedgrewards@snippmail.com . If you still don’t see it, please email: pedigreedgsupport@snippmail.com .
How do I access my free ebook(s)?

Upload your Dollar General receipt for qualifying PEDIGREE® products purchased between
08/30/23 and 10/25/23. Ensure you mark the PEDIGREE® products on your receipt.

Ensure you have also registered your name and email address on this website.

We will process your receipt, which should happen within 48 hours, and then you will receive
an email, which will contain a link to your DOGPHONICS™ library. Note: spending $10* or more
on any PEDIGREE wet food or treats products at Dollar General in a single occasion unlocks
ONE digital dogphonics book. To unlock additional digital books you must purchase $10* or
more of PEDIGREE wet or treats products on a separate occasion.

The link will direct you to a login page where you will only need to enter your email address
to sign in.

This will take you to your DOGPHONICS™ library. There you will see all three unlocked or
locked DOGPHONICS™ ebooks.
Please note: the ebooks require internet access and are best read on a tablet and desktop computer.
